Rocklin Estates Mobile Home Park has constantly been upgrading for several years.

Rocklin is a very desirable area just outside the city traffic and yet short minutes away from major hospitals such as Kaiser and Sutter Roseville Medical Center. Also nearby are all the big-name supermarkets and mega-stores such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Home Depot, the Roseville Galleria, The Fountains shopping mall and many more. Golf courses abound in the area, and not far away is Folsom Lake, American and Sacramento Rivers, and the Sierra Foothills. Play at the Thunder Valley Indian Casino close by, or be in Reno/Lake Tahoe in less than a couple hours.

We play card games, and also have other activities. There is a large swimming pool and picnic area by the creek. RV storage is also available for park residents.
